Our story

Founded in 2009, Avari Events set out to redefine how gorgeous, seamless events are brought to life. It grew from a simple idea: every celebration deserves to be as unique as the people behind it.

Our journey

What began over a decade ago as a small team in Harrow has become a full-service event and wedding décor and production company. We recognised early that clients were not looking for tables and chairs, but for a complete experience: stage sets, lighting, audio-visual, bespoke backdrops, themed décor. Over the years we built the in-house expertise to handle most of it ourselves, which is what keeps the quality consistent and the coordination seamless.

Event Managers & Marketing
Tailored event experiences are delivered through thoughtful planning, creative design, and expert guidance. We work closely with our clients to translate ideas into seamless event journeys, supported by innovative and well-considered solutions.
Operations & Logistics
Behind the scenes, we manage logistics, coordinate deliveries, and organise our teams to ensure every event runs smoothly. Our experience and attention to detail keep each element on track and on time.
Manufacturing
High-quality event structures, stage sets, and custom props are designed and produced with a balance of creativity and technical expertise. Every piece is built for functionality, quality, and visual impact.
Event Crew
Events are brought to life on-site with efficiency and care. From setup to pack-down, our team handles every detail safely and professionally to deliver events to the highest standard.

Who you will actually deal with

Most clients work directly with Upesh and Rakesh, alongside Bharat, Harshil and Ursula across production, logistics and client care, plus the workshop team who hand-build mandaps, backdrops and stage sets in Harrow.
