An event studio is a team that designs, sources and delivers the physical and creative elements of an occasion: the styling, the flowers, the lighting, the timeline and the on-the-day coordination, so that hosts can be guests at their own celebration. Avari Events works from a first conversation about the feeling you want in the room, through mood boards and supplier selection, to setup, run-of-day management and pack-down. We take a small number of events at a time so each one gets senior attention rather than a handover to a junior coordinator.

How did we start?

Avari Events grew out of years of hands-on work across weddings, private parties and corporate events. The through-line has always been the same: considered design backed by reliable logistics.

What do we care about?

Clear communication, honest budgets and suppliers we trust. We would rather tell you something won't work than let you find out on the day.

Who will you actually work with?

The people who design your event are the people who install it. Most clients work directly withUpesh, who leads design and planning, and Rakesh, who leads décor delivery on site. Alongside them are Bharat, Harshil andUrsula across production, logistics and client care, plus the workshop team who hand-build mandaps, backdrops and stage sets in Harrow.
