Upesh took the time to understand our vision and brought it to life even better than we could have imagined. Every detail was executed perfectly, and the final setup completely transformed the venue. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely listens, goes above and beyond, and delivers incredible results, I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Amit & Jinal, Wedding clients — Wedding décor

Upesh is straightforward, honest and transparent, with no hidden agenda. He conducts business professionally while bringing genuine warmth and care to everything he does. I highly recommend Avari Events to anyone looking to organise a charity or corporate event.

Nikita R., Charity event organiser — Charity events, 200 to 1,000+ participants

Especially with all the last minute changes, your support, professionalism and reassurance meant so much to us. What could have been an incredibly stressful period was made so much easier because we knew we were in safe hands. Walking into the room for the first time was such a special moment — it looked even better than we had imagined.

Pritam & Neha, Wedding clients — Wedding décor

The transformation of the space was unbelievable — even the hotel staff were shocked at how different it looked. We couldn’t have asked for a better team to bring our vision to life.

Questions we hear often

How much does mandap hire cost in London?

Mandap hire starts from £1,500, and the final figure depends on the structure you choose, the depth of the floral and fabric detail, and whether lighting is built into the design. A hand-carved or jali-framed mandap sits higher than a simply draped one, and dense fresh florals will move the price again. Every quotation we send is itemised, so you can see exactly what each element contributes and adjust it. Send us your venue, date and guest numbers and we will price it properly rather than guess.

Is there a minimum spend for event styling?

We work to a minimum spend that varies with the date — a Saturday in peak wedding season carries a higher threshold than a midweek or winter booking. Individual elements such as chair covers, linen or table centrepieces can often be arranged on their own, priced per chair or per table. If your budget is modest, please say so at the enquiry stage. We would far rather shape a scheme that genuinely works within it than send you a quotation you cannot use.

How much deposit do you need to secure my date?

A booking deposit holds your date in our diary and is deducted from the final balance. It is set as a percentage of the agreed total and confirmed in writing on your quotation, with the balance due ahead of the event. Until that deposit is received the date stays open to other enquiries, which matters most for Saturdays between May and September.

How far in advance should I book an event stylist?

For a Saturday wedding in peak season, twelve to eighteen months ahead is sensible — the strongest dates go first, and so do the most in-demand mandap and stage designs. Corporate events and milestone celebrations usually need three to six months, though we have delivered beautifully at shorter notice when stock and crew allow. If your date is already close, ask anyway; we will tell you honestly whether we can do it justice.
