Professional Event Live Streaming
Professional event live streaming in London: multi-camera broadcasts of weddings, ceremonies and conferences, produced by Avari Events with Outline AV.
Event live streaming is the real-time broadcast of an occasion to an audience watching elsewhere, produced with cameras, professional audio and vision mixing so what viewers receive resembles a considered broadcast rather than a phone propped on a chair. Avari Events provides streaming for weddings, religious and cultural ceremonies, corporate launches, conferences and online presentations across London and the Home Counties, working in collaboration with Outline AV, part of our family of brands. We use discreet remote controlled cameras, clean audio taken from the same desk that feeds the room, and smooth visual transitions between angles. Each stream is planned around the running order and the venue’s connectivity, with a backup connection in place. The result is a broadcast that holds a remote audience’s attention and reflects the care that went into the event itself.
What’s included in a live streaming package?
Remote controlled cameras positioned to cover the key angles, a vision mix between them, audio taken directly from the AV desk, graphics or titling where the running order calls for it, and delivery to the platform or private link you choose. A technician runs the stream throughout, and a recording can be supplied afterwards. The site survey covers the venue’s internet connection, and we carry a backup so the broadcast does not rest on a single line.
How much does event live streaming cost?
Live streaming starts from £595, quoted against the number of cameras, the duration of the broadcast, whether graphics and titling are required, and the crew needed on site. A single-camera ceremony stream sits at the modest end; a multi-camera hybrid conference with a switched programme feed sits above it. Setup, testing, operation and derig are included.
Why does a stream need proper audio?
Because sound is what keeps a remote audience watching. A viewer will tolerate an imperfect picture for an hour but will leave within a minute of straining to hear a speech. Taking audio from the mixing desk rather than a camera microphone removes room echo, air conditioning and the noise of a hundred guests, and it is the difference between a broadcast people watch and one they close.
Can you stream a hybrid event?
Yes, and hybrid events need a little more planning than a straight broadcast. The programme feed on the video wall in the room and the feed going out to remote viewers are usually not the same thing, and questions coming back from an online audience need somewhere to land. We agree that structure with you before the day rather than improvising it.
Which events do you stream?
We stream weddings, cultural and religious ceremonies, conferences, award ceremonies, charity events and education and training sessions across London and the surrounding counties.
How do we arrange a stream?
Send us your venue, your date and who you would like to be watching, and we will propose a camera plan and a quotation. Contact us to set it up.
Frequently asked questions
Can family abroad watch the ceremony?
That is the most common reason our clients stream. The broadcast can be sent to a private link, a password-protected page or a platform of your choice, so relatives who cannot travel watch in real time wherever they are.
Are the cameras intrusive?
No. We use remote controlled cameras positioned and operated discreetly, so there is no camera operator standing in the aisle or in front of your guests. Most people forget they are there within minutes.
What happens if the venue's internet fails?
We test the connection during the site survey and carry a bonded backup so the stream does not depend on a single line. Where a venue's connectivity is genuinely unreliable we say so in advance and plan around it.
Do we get a recording afterwards?
A recording of the broadcast can be provided after the event, which is often valued as much as the stream itself. We agree the format and delivery method with you beforehand.
Can the stream include the speeches clearly?
Yes, because the audio comes from the same desk feeding the room rather than from a camera microphone. Clean sound is the single biggest factor in whether a remote audience stays watching.
