LED Video Wall & Screen Hire

LED video wall and screen hire in London. High-resolution, fully customisable panels for weddings, launches and conferences, installed by Avari Events.

An LED video wall is a modular screen assembled from individual light-emitting panels to form a single large, seamless display, bright enough to hold its image in a lit room and sized to whatever the space requires. Avari Events supplies and installs them for weddings, corporate events, product launches and live productions across London and the Home Counties, working in collaboration with Outline AV, part of our family of brands. Our high-resolution panels deliver exceptional clarity, brightness and contrast, and the finished wall is fully customisable: branding, films, presentations, live camera feeds and dynamic content can all be routed to it and switched through the running order. Flexible sizing means the display can be a ceremony backdrop or a conference centrepiece. Professional installation, testing and technical operation are handled by our own crew.

What can an LED video wall be used for?

As a digital backdrop it replaces a built set with something that can change through the evening: a monogram during the ceremony, a slideshow at dinner, motion content once the dancefloor opens. At a conference or award ceremony it carries presentations, live camera feeds and branding at a scale everyone in the room can read. At a launch or exhibition it becomes the focal point of the stand. In each case the wall is planned as part of the stage set, so the screen and the structure around it look intentional together.

How much does LED video wall hire cost?

Video walls are quoted from £1,500, with the figure driven by the finished dimensions of the wall, the panel pitch required for your viewing distance, the ground support or rigging needed, and the crew time to build, test and operate it. Content preparation and technical operation can be included or quoted separately.

What content do you need from us?

Once the panel layout is fixed we confirm the exact pixel dimensions of the finished wall and pass that specification to whoever is producing your content. If you would rather not manage that, our design and print team can produce or reformat graphics, and our technicians will route live feeds, slides and video through a single switcher on the day.

Is a video wall better than a projector?

For most events, yes. LED panels emit their own light rather than casting it across a room, so the image holds contrast even with the lighting up and no one can walk through the beam. They also build to any shape, which a fixed projection surface cannot. The trade-off is cost and load-in time, so for a simple slide deck in a small room a screen and projector may still be the sensible answer, and we will tell you when that is the case.

Which events do you install video walls for?

We supply screens and walls for conferences, award ceremonies, receptions and gala dinners, weddings, fashion shows and exhibitions, usually alongside the audio visual rig and live streaming.

How do we specify a wall?

Tell us your venue, your date and what you need the screen to show, and we will propose a panel layout and a quotation. Get in touch to begin.

Frequently asked questions

What size can the video wall be?

Panels are modular, so the wall is built to the width and height your room and content require rather than to a fixed size. Ceiling height, floor loading and load-in access are the practical limits, and we check all three during the survey.

Can we show live camera feeds as well as content?

Yes. Live cameras, presentation slides, films, social walls and branded graphics can all be routed to the wall and switched through the running order by a technician on the desk.

Will it be bright enough in a lit room?

LED panels emit their own light, so unlike a projector they hold contrast in a brightly lit room. We set the brightness to sit comfortably with the lighting scheme rather than overpowering the tables in front of it.

What content format do you need from us?

We confirm the exact pixel dimensions of your finished wall once the panel layout is fixed, and supply that specification to your designers. Our own design team can also produce or reformat content to fit.

How long does installation take?

A typical wall is built and tested in a few hours, with larger or ground-supported structures needing longer. We agree the build window with your venue and always complete testing before guests arrive.
