Event Design & Print Services

Event design and print in London: large-format vinyl, step and repeat boards, exhibition wraps, stage branding and signage, produced by Avari Events.

Event design and print is the creation and production of every printed and branded surface an event carries: the large-format graphics on its walls and stages, the signage that guides guests, and the stationery on its tables. Avari Events produces this work in-house for weddings, corporate events and special occasions across London and the Home Counties. Our output spans large-format vinyl and printed panels, step-and-repeat boards, exhibition wraps, stage branding, roller banners, directional signage, dancefloor graphics and table stationery, each set to the dimensions of the piece it will live on. Before anything is printed, CAD layouts and 3D renderings place your artwork in the actual room at actual size, so you approve the finished effect rather than a flat file. Our creative team can design from scratch or work with artwork you already hold.

What can you design and print for an event?

Large-format vinyl and printed panels for stage sets and walls, step and repeat boards for arrivals and press, exhibition stand wraps, roller banners, directional and welcome signage, dancefloor graphics, photo booth print templates, and table stationery including menus, place cards and table numbers. Anything requiring a structure behind it is built by our event builds and CNC workshop.

How much do design and print services cost?

Print is quoted per item against your specification, with the figure reflecting the size and substrate of the piece, the quantity, any structural build behind it, and whether artwork is supplied or designed by us. Where print forms part of a wider styling scheme it is usually quoted within that package.

Why do you produce renderings before printing?

Because scale is the thing people misjudge, and print is the least forgiving item to get wrong. A logo that looks confident on a laptop can read as timid across a nine-metre wall, and a step and repeat pattern that seems generous on screen can crowd once a photographer frames two people against it. A CAD layout and rendering settle those questions while the file is still open.

Will the colours match our brand?

We work to your brand guidelines and to printed reference where you hold one. The useful advantage of producing the print alongside the draping and the lighting is that we can check how a colour behaves under the light it will actually sit in: a corporate blue under a warm wash is not the corporate blue in the guidelines.

Which events do you produce print for?

We produce design and print for conferences, exhibitions, award ceremonies, weddings, receptions and gala dinners and charity events across London and the surrounding counties.

How do we get a quotation?

Send us your date, venue and either your artwork or a description of what you need branded, and we will come back with a proposal. Get in touch to begin.

Frequently asked questions

What can you print?

Large-format vinyl, step and repeat boards, exhibition wraps, stage branding, roller banners, signage, dancefloor graphics, table stationery and photo booth print templates are all produced for our events.

Can we see the design before it is printed?

Yes. CAD layouts and 3D renderings show your artwork in position within the actual room, at actual size, so you are approving how it will look on the day rather than a flat file on a screen.

Will the printed colours match our brand?

We work to your brand guidelines and match to reference where you have one. Because the same team produces the print, the drapes and the lighting, we also check how the colour reads under the light it will sit in.

Do you supply artwork or do we?

Either. Our creative team can design from scratch, or we can take finished artwork from your own designers and set it to the correct dimensions for the finished piece.

How long does production take?

Most items are produced within a week or two once artwork is approved, though large-format and structural pieces need longer. Tell us your date early and we will work backwards to a comfortable artwork deadline.
